Can I get warranty repairs thu an Apple stire?

so long as the iPod touch is still under it's warranty. If it's like the iPhone, the first year you own it covers hardware, the second year covers software, unless you bought apple care, then the second year also has hardware coverage too.

go to apples website, find the link for retail stores, find your store, click on the Genius icon, and make an appointment.
Or call 800 my apple. And make an appointment through them.

yeah , they also update it to the newest software for free, well they did it for mine
