outlook express mail address book

Aloha:
I am the new and happy owner of an ipod touch 2 and I have a question?
How do I import my outlook express into my ipod. I would hate to type all of them into the contacts. thanks in advance, dutch

I believe when you connect iPod to iTunes (make sure to have the latest iTunes 8 installed) and when you see your iPod under "devices" on the left hand side, click on your iPod and then you will see the tabs "summary", "music", "movies", "TV Shows", "Podcasts", "photos", "info", "applications"... or similar to that.... at the top of the screen.

Click the tab that says "Info" and under the section that says "contacts" it will have a checkbox next to "sync contacts with:".... mine gives me the option to sync with yahoo, google, or windows since I have windows live mail on my computer. Yours may have the option to synce with outlook. you just click the box, make sure to choose outlook, then click apply.
