movies will not transfer to ipod touch

I loaded digital copies of movies in itunes, even got the receipt email. Now they I am getting a message stating that the movies cannot transfer because they are not authorized to play in my computer. In fact, my movies are in itunes, but when I try to play them I get a gray screen and no sound. Please tell me I am not alone here? Can someone help, please?

Have you checked to make sure your PC is autorized to be running your account? I had the same problem but in reverse, I couldnt sync my ipod touch because my PC wasnt autorized. If it isnt do this:

Store --> Autorize Computer
Then put in your iTunes user/pass
Then try again.
