iPod Touch 1.1.4 email help - iPhone 3G

Does anyone know if there is a way to save pictures from email messages directly onto an iPod Touch 1.1.4? I have several folders of photos already synced onto it, and I downloaded an app that added the camera roll to it as well (for screen captures, sketches, etc.). A friend with an iPhone emailed me some photos he snapped (I received the emails thru Yahoo mail on the touch itself) and I wanted to add them to one of my folders.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Unless there's an app for jailbroken iPod's, there's no feature built in that allows you to.
