Default "i' icon doesn't let me change Weather

I want to change the weather from Cupertino to my city, but using the "i" icon in the lower-right does not work--it is not-responsive to my touch. Completely inert. Does anyone know a work-around?

Thanks

First, make sure that location services is off. Open the Weather icon. Make sure that the info for Cupertino loads completely first. Once it's finished updating, then try clicking on the i . ( I suggest doing this over WiFI for faster response)
If location services is on, besides trying to load Cupertino, it is also trying to determine your location via cell tower and (if 3G) GPS location.
Once it's finished loading, you should be able to access the info to change locations. I remember this problem when I first got my phone.
As an alternative, you might want to look at weatherbug or The Weather Channel apps from the apps store. both are free last I looked.

Hawk, awesome! I got it to work. I think I just had to be patient until stuff got loaded (I don't know anything about "location services", whew!)

THanks very much for taking the time to help me.

Dan
