How do I install themes?

So I have an iTouch 2nd Gen jail broken and can't figure out how to install some themes I downloaded using my PC. I have Winterboard installed as well, just don't know where to actually put the files. Anyone know? Thanks for any help.

So, I went digging through the directories on my iTouch and I finally found the place to install themes, I see 33 people viewed this, so I thought I would share the answer.

Install to Raw File System/Library/Themes

Make sure each theme has its own folder.

This works if you have Winterboard installed, I haven't tested with any other program.
