HELP syncing ipod touch w/ outlook calendar

I have had my Ipod touch since Christmas and have had no problems with my Outlook calendar syncing with my itouch... until 2 days ago and I can't figure out what. I'm computer savvy so I've done reboots, reset the calendar settings and even tried just adding a new calendar item, but I'm getting nothing. It says it's syncing and I've checked the "computer to override the Ipod" but it's not working now. Suggestions? Should I do the reset under general settings? Thanks!
