disabled itouch

Can anybody tell me if there is a way to unlock my itouch? Somebody stole my itouch when I was at a party and a day later left it on top of my car.I'm glad they returned it but I had a number lock on it and whoever it was disabled my itouch by inserting the wrong code a number of times.Now it says my ipod is disabled and I don't know how to unlock it or reset it.Please if you know how,tell me.Thanks.

Have you tried plugging it into your computer? I'm pretty sure you can get into it and change your password through iTunes

unless You are the one who stole it and am trying to get into it lol
