Question Deleting podcasts - how to?

Hi everyone, I am brand new at ipod touch and have gone a bit crazy downloading podcasts. But how in the world do I get rid of them????

Try swiping your finger from left to right over the name of the podcast you want to remove and you should be offered the option to delete it. That works on my iPhone, anyway...

So simple and yet...couldn't figure it out on my own.
Now to go download some new podcasts.....

Just be beware, next time you sync, depending on how you have itunes sync set up, they may just be added again. So make sure you delete them on your computer to if you want to get rid of them.

at least I think that could happen
