mail, weather, webclips for touch?

sorry if this has been asked before, but i have a friend who has an ipod touch and i know you can get this update for it for $20 or something, but i just cant find where to download it from. i hooked it up to itunes and looked everywhere but can find it.

it has firmware 1.1.4, but none of that extra stuff. any help is appreciated

If your friend purchased 1.1.4 from iTunes, he/she should have the extra apps. Here's a link to the Apple website. It is meant for initial firmware version 1.1.3 or earlier. Your friend will need to restore to factory settings. If your friend's touch was purchased new/refurbished after January 2008, the proper firmware should already be installed:

The bundle of apps is not included in the software updates, it is a separate pack just like buying apps from the new app store.
