Default iPOD Touch: Connect to MS Exchange via Wifi

Hi All,
(This is my first post, so please be patient with me!)
I have a 2nd gen iPOD Touch and also a corporate MS Exchange Account.
However, I can’t get them to work together!

I know my MS Exchange Account works because it works on the 1st gen iPhone.
The only things I can think of:
a) my company does not allow connection to MS Exchange via Wifi
b) the settings for connecting via Wifi are different than connecting via cellphone

Has anyone had any experience with this issue? Am I missing something crucial (I feel like I am)?

I really love my Touch and want to be able to use it to access my MS Exchange account and leave my cell (BB Storm) for use with my personal accounts.

Any help is definitely appreciated as I have been going crazy trying to resolve this for the past 2 months!

Thanks,
AND
