installer not workin help

i cant seem to install nuthin it just says download and does nuthin then comes up with package download failed timed out. any1 no wat the problem is? im trying to get gba emulator

worked now but if any1 can give me an idea of were to get roms that would be great,sourse if possible cos the make a rom file dont work very well for me. thnx
