Unhappy Hoe do I delete all contacts and start again?

I have found my outlook files to be too far out of date and need to update them again from ACT. As I have sync'd these to the ipod touch, I now want to delete them all and start again. I don't want to delete all music and apps as well though. How do I do this?

I think all you need to do is delete them from your Outlook, then when you sync they will be deleted on your iPod

Thumbs up

Thanks Thunderbull4... I seem to have fixed the problem by doing just that. I actually canned the contacts in Outlook and re imported them from the ACT program I use. The only problem now is the "Country" field seem to be default to "United States of America". I live in New Zealand and would like to make that the default for the country... so now not sure how to change that default without going into all 4000 contacts I have and physically changing each one.
Any suggestions?

Default

Hmm, that one's a little harder...lol. Check into preferences or settings for default settings and see if that field is there?
