New to the forum, but have already found a lot of helpful info! I have got the latest itouch which is great but for some reason I cannot get it to receive emails. Actually it will receive emails when I set it up but then my windows mail stops working and displays the following message " Account: 'O2 Email', Server: 'mail.o2.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR [SYS/TEMP] mailbox locked by other server', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92"
It seems like it will only work on one or the other but not both at the same time, surely this cant be right???![]()

You need to set up the email as IMAP instead of POP. POP email downloads to the device it is received on and is removed from the server. IMAP stays on the sever, so it can be viewed from multiple computers, until you delete it or move it from the server to your hard drive. Delete the email acct from your iPod, change it from POP to IMAP on your computer, and then set up your email again on the Ipod. Google how to set up IMAP if you have any problems.
