When I try to download the file thing I just keep getting this message. The bandwidth or page view limit for this site has been exceeded and the page cannot be viewed at this time. Once the site is below the limit, it will once again begin serving as normal. How long do i need to wait for?

Unzip means opening a .zip file. Most computers can do this already but if you can't download WinRar or WinZip if you are on a Windows machine, and get StuffIt Expander fro OSX ran machines.
