Cydia installed apps on fresh Jailbreak

I was hoping someone could help me out. I just Jailbreaked (broke?) my iPod Touch 2G. I used RedSn0w, as I have 3.0 installed. I played with a few different apps in Cydia, but I wanted to delete everything that I had installed. I don't want to uninstall all my normal App Store applications, but I'd like to be able to revert all the packages installed through Cydia. Is there a way to do this, or can someone direct me to a list of all the packages that should be installed by default? Thanks.
