Value of a 4GB iPod Nano 3rd gen?

I'm selling my ipod because obviously my phone is a touch screen ipod. I was offered $70.

It has scratches on the back and a small chip in the top left corner. But works flawlessly.

I don't know $70 just seems like a low ball for some reason.

You can get new refurbished ones on ebay for $70. I wouldn't give you more than $50 for it since it is used and has scratches.
