because this is the "ipod nano" forum, i assume the OP is asking about the differences between the 4GB Nano, and 8GB Nano...
they do still sell the 4GB model, so i thought maybe you were thinking the discussion was about iPhones...

I'd go with the 4 cause I've had my 30GB iPod Video for 2 years and have only used 2.5 GB's and thats with 1500 songs, 3 photos, and about 12 youtube length videos!

Oh my bad, I think I exagerated alittle, cause I was trying go from memory, so I went to my iPod to see how much was on their:

yeah I was trying to go from memory of what i thought were on my iPod, but then after I read your post it didnt make sense to me either
