Song Will Not Play

Hi all,

I have the IPod Classic 80GB with about 2,926 songs on it. A few weeks ago I loaded this one song on it, it plays from my ipod on ITunes, but when I try to play it in my car or on my home stereo it will not play. It jumps back to the previous song every time. I select it as I would do any other song. Has anyone experienced this and know what the problem might be? I even put it in a play list all by it self, it would not play. Plays in ITunes though.

What format is it?

It sounds like it's not in an iPod compatible format. iTunes will play more file types than the iPod will.

Another possibility is that you have the sync only checked songs and videos box checked, but the song itself isn't checked.
