Unhappy Need help syncing my ipod

My current iPod has alot of songs/videos/pics etc but it will not sync to my laptop. Itunes says that the iPod is synced to another library. This is my second laptop as my first one went kaput but my ipod used to synce before with it. Anyway to get all the stuff on my ipod back onto itunes which is on my laptop? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Try the steps outlined on this site. http://www.cnet.com/1990-7899_1-6477981-1.html
I haven't tried it myself but it should get the files from your iPod to your new laptop. If you try and sync your iTunes to the laptop it will delete everything from the iPod and just fill it with the songs and such from the current iTunes, thus losing the information currently on your iPod.
