Default iPod Video utility yet to pick up

As per a recent research it has been found that Video on iPod is yet to get popular amongh the majority of iPod users. It does not surprises me since most people associate iPod with music. I think later on the percentage of people using video on iPod is sure to pick up.

It's a quite new feature. I think this product has won the race against time. May be the feature is an early arrival. But I am sure soon enough we will see an increase in the use.

I have used Video I-pod and I found the video quality excellent. You can even watch full length movies on it as it has great storage capacit.i.e-30 GB,
I think the only thing lacking is that the movie need to be in mp4 format which takes some effort from the user.
Apple must work on providing some alternatives to that to make video popular.

I have to say that being forced to buy a movie from Apple (that you very well may already o is pretty ridiculous, unless of course you use 3rd party software to convert the movie yourself. I have about 30 movies and all of my songs on my 160GB Classic just for when I go on long trips and want to have a few movies to choose between.
