Default ipod problem

anyone know how to fix this when i turn on my ipod it says connect to i tunes to restore and i connect it it restores then it says ur ipod is in recovery mod please restore when i restore it keeps saying the same thing any ideas?

Try restarting your computer. Somebody said that worked (sorry cant remember who!)

Is the iPod still under the 1-year Apple warranty? If so, then if the above methods don't work I would suggest visiting Apple for a less-fuss fix.

If your bring your iPod to Apple, make sure to backup its contents first ; hardware repairs generally mean everything is erased.
