Nice. I was looking at Apples site for the Touch. The site says shipping on these is now 7-10 business days. It once said ships by 9-28.

Anyways, what week is your iPod Touch? Week 38 are the ones that are supposed to have the best screens without the negative blacks. The early ones had defective screens.

I'm not sure what build it is. I bought it from the Apple store in Chicago yesterday and they were darn near sold out... how do you find out which one you have?

In the serial number is a 7 then like a 36 or 37 or 38. That would be the week. Most of the 38's have the screen fixed but there are a few that still have the messed up screen where blacks appear "negative" so to speak when watching videos.

Supposedly this was a bad batch of screens and some of them made it over to the iPhone as well.
