How do I "back-up" my iPod - Page 2 - iPhone 3G

that worked really good on anything older then then iphone and ipod touch but to get my music off any ipod (I think it will work with any IPod) i found this : Sharepod http://www.getsharepod.com/ .
Still looking for a way to get my pictures and contacts from from my IPod Touch, if anyone could help with that.

-Cause since my laptop crashed Ive just been taking it slowly ya kno not really doing too much to make it work hard and possibly crash permenately

If any of those were purchased on iTunes, you should be able to recover them by clicking "Transfer purchases from pds's iPod" in the File menu.

Nice hint but doesn't work with iPhone though.
