Can I return? Apple site says I can't but mine is not even opened. It was a tradeshow giveaway.

the apple site is right - you cannot return it. anything purchased that was customized or personalized (including build-to-order computers where buyers added more memory, larger hard drive, etc.) cannot be returned, even if the box is still sealed. try ebay...

ya, you can't return it. Just try selling it on ebay.
