Default 60G ipod video

I have a 60 Gig ipod video. It has always had a couple of pixels out, and i just ignored them.

i just found out that there is an apple store within an hour of my home.

is this model to old for apple to swap out?

That's odd, I've never heard of any iPod doing that, but I guess if my Macbook does it, then iPods can too.
