Default Wrong time on iPhone - right time zone

This is way weird. My iPhone has suddenly started showing the time as four hours later than it is -- but when I check settings, it's still set for East Coast ("Washington DC") time, where I am. Any thoughts?!

It did that to me a few weeks ago. I had also set the alarm to wake me at 8am, and it was 4am. I got up and my wife says, 'why are you getting up so early?' I looked at the clock, it said 4am, the iPhone said 8am, I said WTF?!
Never happened again, tho.

I turned the phone off, then back on, and the problem solved itself. I still find it odd -- but luckily I didn't use the alarm function.
