Can't you just pick up the phone and call them?

"Hello, AT&T Store at Your City Mall, Suzy speaking may I help you?"

"Yes, Are you a corporate AT&T store or an authorized reseller?"

"We are a corprorately owned retailer."

"Will you have iPhone on June 29th at 6pm?"

"Yes."

"Thank you. Goodbye."

"Thank you for calling AT&T. Goodbye."

See, not hard at all.

I can't get any of the AT&T stores in Oklahoma City to answer their phones!!! So I can't ask anyone!!

I've been trying all week!

The store closest to my home is the main corporate" store, in my area....
It has been impossible to get anyone on the phone there, for about 5 years, now.

To be honest, the local franchise holders don't like telling people that they aren't a corporate store. If you were to ask most of them that same question, they would respond with, "Yes. We are a Cingular/At&t store. We've got the signs to prove it."

And remember some of the employees that work there might not even know they aren't a corporate store.

One way to check is to go to the store and look in the window.

My store had a poster announcing them closing at 4:30pm on the 29th and re-opening at 6:00pm to sell the phone.

Don't know that all stores have them up yet, but if they do have it up, at least you would know they are a store that is eligible.

That means they aren't a corporate location, only a franchise. Sorry, but they won't be selling the iPhone on June 29th. Either find another AT&T location, or find an Apple store nearby.

Don't waste your time there. They won't have the iPhone for a while. That's a franchised store.
