So this morning i was adding a new phone number to one of my contacts and when i was going through my phone to find their name i came across this...

It is the new Apple alphabet. A, B, C, B, C, D, E,.... It is a feature, not a bug. LOL.

You have populated the Phonetic field, which then inserts the contact's correct name using the Phonetic letters for placement.

Why do you write your last names where the first names should be and vice versa? No wonder your iPhone is confused.

Thats the 1st thing I noticed too; while others are talking about phonetic field?

Yes, I know, that is what the thread is about...
That's not what I was talking about. Most people wouldn't organize their phone books using first names. I would have at least 12 Wendy's and 16 Johns in mine!
