What the hell is going on?

Im recieving calls, and im answering them.

Only thing is Im never connected to the other call. I cant hear them and they cant hear me...and it ends up hanging up by itself.

I have to call that person back all the time and explain my phone isnt working...it started off doing that and it wasnt bad. Now its almost every call...

What do i do? I just restored it and updated it to new and its still doing it...

take it back to the store demo the problem and they will replace it

What way did you import your contacts to the phone. I tried import my blackberry contacts via excel then mac address book and I had a similar problem. Try restoring your phone but not syncing your contacts, then take a few calls to see if the problem is still there...that worked for me
