I like the google calendar too. When I first got the iphone, google didn't have their own utility to make it sync. I forget what the third party program was. Last time I logged into google calendar I saw that there was a link for "sync iphone" so I'll check it out.

Yes there is. You have make sure you link the calendars first and then you go to googles mobile site on your phone (I think its m.google.com) and you can check the calendars you want. I think you can do up to 5.

i use exchange to sync with my work email and outlook calendar....works seemless.

I use Outlook at work and Ical at home and need that 1 calendar to be synced and upto date and shown on my Iphone. So, at work i use google calendar sync on my work PC. That 2-way syncs my outlook calendar with google calendar. At home i use the same. 2 way syncing with Ical. On my Iphone i use exchange and google to sync calendars and contacts 2 - way. All three devices have the same up to date calendar with all processes running in the background!
