Weird problem with phone

Whenever I plug my iPhone into my computer, it opens up Photoshop but not a picture with it. It doesn't make any sense. Does anyone else get this problem?

Note* I had a .psd file on it at one point because it would sync a certain folder, but I have deleted the .psd and its not on the phone anymore yet it still brings up Photoshop everytime.

go to explore > right click on APPLE IPHONE
should look something like this

select take no action and apply

The OP may have hit ok when the prompt appears for what program they want to open this drive (iphone) with inadvertantly and the first option may have been Photoshop, so it subsequently would always choose it to open.

Yep it probably finds all the image editing software on the computer and puts them in the drop down menu.
