Default Weather App ... wtf?

Ok, I've seen it mentioned several times here in various threads, and now I'm seeing it. What's up with the weather app since 1.1.4?

The first city will often show up with the wrong time of day (e.g. it will appear to be night in the daytime) and with the wrong weather. And it only affects the first city. And it doesn't happen all the time. What's going on here?

Workaround: pick a neighboring suburb to your main city and have that second in the list for times when it goes all wonky on ya.

1.1.3 huh? Maybe it's a problem at the server-level then....

Anyway, try my workaround in the meantime.

I get it too. I'll check the weather at 9:30 AM and it'll be light, 63 degrees and sunny - the correct weather. Then, an hour later, it'll be dark, cloudy and 43 degrees - the real weather still being the same as before.

Yes Ive had the same problem on 1.1.4. I've been outside with a winter coat on freezing and the phone says its 78 degrees.

Yeah the first city is still sunny while the suburb next to mine shows night. Something is really messed up here.

I guess iPhone takes it from yahoo and in turn yahoo takes it from Weather.com. The website shows the correct temp and night, so does weather.yahoo.com.

I think it has something to do with the changing of the start of DST.
