Want to keep my contacts!!

im getting the new iphone tommoro.. i need to get all the contact info out and onto my Mac.. HOW!? do i juuust restore then backup? and when i plug my new iphone in it will run smooth? am i correct?

Backup should work, as well as checking / confirming that all your contacts exist in Address Book, so that even if backup goes astray for some reason, you can just sync them over ...

i just got this mac.. my address book is empty.. is there a way i can send the back up contacts to the address book.. all i care about is that i have my contacts tommoro when i plug and sync my new iphone

Don't know a way to send them from backup - but if you go to the Info tab in iTunes with iPhone plugged in and make sure you choose to sync contacts there, then you should see them show up in Address Book ...
