VoiceMail Password HELP PLEASE!

ok so i was updating/restoring my dads iphone and like since then it keeps asking for the password for voicemail but my dad said he didnt set one so how do u re set a voicemail password?

If he was an existing att customer its the password from his old account. It happens to me everytime i restore. It seems they take off visual voicemail but once you get the password correct it will go away.

Try to go into your voicemail settings and set up a voicemail. Then go into password options and turn it off. It may take a while but eventually will go away I think. If not call apple.

It's probably something like the last four digits of his SSN.

Or just log onto your AT&T account on-line. You can change/reset the password from there.
