Make sure you only do a 1 day auction....its pointless to do a 3 day

Agree about the 1 vs 3 day auction. I regret making mine 3, but shouldn't hurt in the end.

My 2nd one sold for $400 in 2 hours. Both went to international buyers...one in Vietnam and one in Ireland. They were 3 day auctions with a Buy It Now and a Reserve and both went because the buyer used the Buy It Now option. I put them up starting at $0.99 and the reserve was lower than the B-I-N price.

Did you say you would ship it Worldwide or just to the US. If you didn't say Worldwide, it may discourage the people that are most likely to buy it. Without any bids, you can revise the listing and add that option.

If you're using the "full" listing form, there is a section called "Give buyers shipping details" and in that section, there is an International shipping sub-section. You need to tell it that you will ship internationally and then on the "Ship to" option, tell it you can ship "Worldwide"

Sold mine (8 GB and not jailbroken) for $399.99! The buyer used "Buy It Now" option, but before that, my V1 iPhone was at $150 with 3 days to go on the auction.

One of the reasons the version 1 iPhone is selling at these prices is because there is a 3g shortage right now, so if your thinking of selling, now is definately the time.... It's a sellers market at least through august.
