Using Both Phones - iPhone 3G

If I upgrade to the new 3G, can I simply Move the Sim Card from one phone to the other. I would like to keep my V1 as a... "Work" Phone, and a 3G as my Going out phone.

And What about iTunes? How would it react to having Both phones on it?

iPhone 3G will not work with your current iPhone's SIM. That's all there is to it.

If you activate the 3G phone with its sim card first, you might be able to put it in your old first gen iphone and use it. Not sure. Once you insert the new sim, the first gen might want you to activate it again.
