Unpredictable Menus

For the most part my iPhone has been extremely stable...but recently I've noticed that when I end a phone call or exit out of a program that it randomly goes to another menu or goes to sleep or just dims.

Has anyone else noticed this? So far knock on wood, I've had one of the good ones, I hope I don't have to start swapping iphones.

If your phone was in sleep mode before you got a call, then it will automatically go back to sleep mode when you hang up. If you were browsing the web right before you get a call, it will go back to the web after you hang up.

I had this issue on day 1 but now I hold he home button down for a few seconds when I exit a program, which I read closes the program. I never had the issue again. Apparently, just clicking the home button leaves the last program running, and I don't like leaving programs running even on my Mac. The two may not be connected, but I never had the problem again....
