Typing Notes on computer

Sorry if this has been posted, I couldn't find the answer:

Can you type in (or modify) a "Note" on the desktop, and have it sync or be placed into the Notes section on the iPhone?

no, the only thing you can do between a note and your computer is send it as an email from the iphone. but some people think that when leopard comes out for the mac, you will be able to do what you just asked, but not for the pc (most likely)

hmm... if you can send it from the iphone to computer by email, is there a way to send an email into a "Note"? ...probably not

nope =[ if we at least had copy and paste, then you could do it but since we dont, we cant.
