Touchscreen Issue...

My touchscreen works perfectly 95% of the time but sometimes when I try to click on a contact my phone chooses the contact 3-4 rows down. It's not a big issue and I can live with it but I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if there is a way I can fix it. It also happens most frequently on my "recent" list.

How thick is your finger? I do that all the time. It's a pain.

It's not that I'm accidentally hitting the wrong area, my phone literally chooses the 3rd or 4th contact down. At first I thought it was me but I put the phone down on a table and realized it's an issue with the actual phone
