Default Tiny Problem

Hey guys,

About a month ago, I connected my iPhone to the computer and noticed that all my music, videos, photos, podcasts had been converted into "other" on the iPhone instead of showing as music, video etc. So now i have 3.5 Gb of stuff in the "other" status that do not show up on my iPhone. I had to put music all over again over the 3.5 Gb. How do i solve this problem??

iPhone's working fine though although the battery is decreasing rapidly nowadays.

Anyways, thanks in advance for any help...

RESTORE or you can try to u SSH into your phone and delete your music.. if it screws up your only gonna have to restore... as for thee battery life, i'd say drain it, then plug it into charge, once has anuff to power up, drain it again just to make sure its dead, then give it a full charge...also find a app or some setting apps have it like "bosspref" to see your battery as a number.. that all i can suggest to u, i had the same problem, after i replaced my touchscreen, had to restore.. but i think if u can SSH in and delete it u should be fine,, what firmware are u on ??

Thanks alot, i'm on 1.1.4, but the problem is that all the music that i had was converted to "other", so that's 3.6 Gb of content that are not being used, its very unusual. I don't know if SSH is an option, I screwed up last time anyway.

Similar thing happened to my brother. Create a folder on your desktop and move your music out of your itunes to that folder, restart your computer, then move music back to itunes and try resyncing. this fixed his problem
