Syncing Iphone 3g with a usb 1.1

So my computer is a few years old, and im wondering if i will be able to sync the Iphone 3g which has a usb 2.0, to my computer which has a usb 1.1. I cant remember if v1 had usb 2.0....

they both are 2.0, and I'm pretty sure you need 2.0 for it to work

USB is backwards compatible but it might be veryyyyyy slowwwwwww

My old computer has the original usb in it and V1 iPhone synced fine with it i now use a year old laptop for iTunes though

You can still sync, but it probably will be a bit slower. No big deal really.
