A rep at an at&t store in my area (Florida) said they will be closing at 4:3O and reopening at 6:OO.

I have talked to reps at both stores and what I came away with is if you are going to be a new at&t customer you should go to the apple store as they have more reps, more phones, and a quick online set-up option (like in the video).

If you are a current at&t customer you may get better service at a company store dealing with upgrades, sim card data, family plans, moving phone numbers, upgrades, upgrade waivers, etc.

I'm either heading to the Apple Store in Kenwood Mall or the AT&T store off Tylersville Road. Haven't decided yet which to try.
