Sending Picture messaging.

I am planning on getting an iPhone 3G.

I searched around on the fourm an dfound out that to receive picture messages, I will receive a link via email and that I will have to go to that link to view the message. It sounds like a pain, but I guess I'll be able to live with it.

My question is how do I send picture messages to others?

I'm not able to recieve pictures anymore. Did I miss something? It used to, like said above, link to internet site.
