Steve just confirmed it. I personally don't care but for everyone who's been too afraid to mod, you got your wish finally. They cost 99 cents in addition to the song. RIP OFF! You get to make your own though, so I guess that's nice (ahem, iPhoneRingToneMaker, ahem)
