receiver low volume - iPhone 3G

I Know a lot of peoples complain the speaker phone volume is very low. bu my iphone's speaker phone volume is acceptable. But my problem is my receiver is very low. even is turning the max. i can even bearing hear other side talking. is it what evenybody complain about? or i got a bad phone, need to bring back and return. Can anyone answer my question? & u think the new updated will fix this problem?

so i guess you aren't alone, perhaps?

when I first got it, i could make n receive calls (without the ear buds) fairly fine. then a 2 days later i can't hear people well but people can hear me. once i put on the ear buds then i am fine. once i find my bluetooth then we'll go from there. tomorrow i have an appointment with an apple genius, will find out tomorrow wtf is going on. i really don't hope that i have to send it in for repairs.

You won't, the volume on the phone just sucks. There have been numerous threads on this.

actually i just resolved the issue. now i'm back to norm. i'm a happy camper.
