Question about Sync'ing Podcasts...

Hi Guys...

I have a question about syncing podcasts/video-casts. After I'm done watching one, it'll ask if I'd like to delete it and I say "yes." But when I plug in the phone to sync, it will put them back on the iPhone.

I was thinking that when I delete it on the iPhone, it will let iTunes know that I watched it already and not re-sync it back to the iPhone.

Is there some setting that I need to enable, or is this just the way it works?
