I created a Photobucket account (www.photobucket.com). Then, after I take an iPhone pic, I select to send it to an email contact, and I email it to my Photobucket account. It immediately appears online and is linkable.

Nice pic of the Dodger game by the way, that's a great shot. It's amazing how much detail these phones capture. I'm very pleased with the camera on this thing.

iTunes always says it's ready to remove right after sync'ing so you can remove it just fine even though there's an eject button. Once the iPhone gets Disk Mode capabilities you will want to eject it before removing it if you enable Disk Mode (speculation, but that's also how it works with iPods).
