Default New phone. NO Wifi!

Got a new first gen phone today and it will not "find" my Wifi network.
It just endlesly surches for Wifi networks but does not connect or show the five local networks that have always been available at this location. Have done network reset and several resets to no avail.?????

Try restoring as a new phone in iTunes.

dude, there's no need to create a whole new thread for the same problem. Everything these people have suggested (all good suggestions) has already been mentioned and not worked, so i don't know what you hoped to gain by leaving out half of your story.

as i stated before, i think we need to start examining your network setup. While it is a possibility that you have had two iphones that BOTH cannot find wifi networks, i think it is a remote one.

If the WiFi is broken, Apple will replace it if it is still under warranty.

Yes Apple replaced it when I bought it in and it would not hook up to THEIR Wifi. New one works fine
