myspace for iPhone...

anybody elsethink this would be cool? Facebook already did it and I hope myspace will too. I like being able to view all of myspace on my phone but i think they need a version for iphone so it feels mkre native to iphone. And like with the facebook version, they took out stuff that you cant see due to not having flash. They really need this for myspace and soon. And something like scaling down all the pix on peoples pages so it doesnt take as long to load

i don't think myspace will do this for several reasons.

1. There is a limited number of iPhones out there and the percentage of iPhone users who ALSO use myspace is even lower. The amount of time needed to script something like that is too great for the little demand.

2. We already have WiFi so this new myspace isn't really in great demand

3. I think facebook did it because they are after a different demographic than myspace. Myspace is full of teenie boppers and child preadtors, both of which probably dont have iPhones. Facebook is primarily college and above oriented and that is the demographic + of iPhone users so it made more sense. plus facebook isn't as commercial and corporate at myspace.

Its not an actual iPhone app, but you can make a quick link app on your phone to the website.

too bad I can't get it to work yet...I just get a black screen everytime I click it on my phone.

To have myspace on your iPhone, simply go to t9space.com, choose myspace and log in. That's the only way I can stand myspace online. The actual myspace.com page takes forever to load. t9space is fast and ad free!
